All apartment homes are in the large green northern suburb of Athens called Kato Halandri.
You can easily visit the center of Athens or walk to the commercial district of Halandri where you will find great shops, restaurants & cafés on Andrea Papandreou Street.
If you are in Athens for medical reasons, we are close to known clinics and hospitals.
Walk to the Open Air Fruit Market: every Saturday in Kato Halandri (Sarandaporou Street) & every Monday in nearby Neo Psyhiko (25th Martiou Street).

SAFETY

If you are looking for an accessible quiet, familial suburb this is the right place.
The property is fenced off.
As we live in the same apartment complex, someone from the family is most often around to help you out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

There is a security deposit which is refunded at the end of your stay providing you return the home in the good condition you received it in.
The amount of the deposit varies & depends on the length of your lease. Also, for packages, utilities are charged separately.
All furnished homes have independent consumption meters.
